Restaurants-A new special from Red Sky

**2016 Update--Red Sky is closed**

Chef Matt Bolus at Red Sky Restaurant on Seabrook Island has done it again! He's made my mouth water! Read his latest Facebook entry:

"Fall has arrived and so has the best food of the year. Braised, baked, simmered, and roasted, all the great low and slow cooked foods. From lamb to beef, local flounder, shrimp, and sword, as well as lobster, mussels, and of course the mighty pork we have it all."

This fall on Monday and Tuesday nights, Red Sky will offer bottles of wine for half price (*up to $50.00).

Fall gets even more fabulous out on Seabrook Island. On Thursdays, Red Sky will offer wine tastings from 5:00-7:00 pm. Thursday, October 29 the tasting will be "To Oak or Not to Oak." November 5th's tasting will include wines from Hedges Family Estate. At a cost of only $5.00 to sample five wines, you can't afford to miss these events.

Check out Red Sky's website to view menus and more.
