Restaurants: Red Sky re-opens!

**2016 Update--Lucy's is closed**

After months of being closed, Red Sky out on Seabrook Island will re-open today, April 26, 2010 under the management of Lucy Budzyvz.

This is a soft opening to work out any kinks with computer systems, employees, etc.  The official re-opening is scheduled for May 4, 2010.

Sources tell me that Red Sky's menu will be the same as it was a couple of years ago.  I'm also hearing Lucy is planning live music for the bar area.

Seabrookers and Kiawah Islanders are excited that Lucy and Red Sky are back!

Charleston's Hippodrome Theater at risk!

Why don't you go to the Hippodrome in downtown Charleston?

Did you know there is F.R.E.E. parking? Yup, that's right, free parking Monday-Friday after 6 pm and ALL day on Saturdays (*free parking is available in the fountain walk lot connected to the side of the theater.)

Now the bad news--The Hippodrome could close its doors as early as September if ticket sales do not increase.
